Warranty

The Manufacture Warrants the Blowers against defects in workmanship or materials under normal operations and proper installation for a period of Twenty-Four (24) months for New Blowers, Twelve (12) months for Remanufactured Blowers, and Ninety (90) days for Repairs.  The warranty period is from date of delivery from the Manufacture.  Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty is for the repair or replacement at Manufacture’s option, without charge to Buyer except for shipping expenses to the Manufacture.  Any goods under Warranty must be returned to the Manufacture for inspection.  All freight and expenses of shipment to and from the Manufacture shall be the expense of the Buyer.  The Manufacture is not responsible for any expenses of any nature incurred for any repairs or alterations made by others to the goods or any other equipment without the previous written consent of the Manufacture.   This Warranty constitutes the only Warranty by the Manufacture of the goods and is in lieu of any and all other Warranties or Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. 

·         No Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Manufacture be liable for (a) any damages, injury, breakage or loss of any kind whatsoever, or (b) any loss of income, or (c) any consequential loss.

·         No Tort Liability:  The Manufacture disclaims and liability for claims based on Manufacture’s negligence or strict liability in tort.

·         Parts:  This Warranty and all disclaimers and limitations of liability shall apply to all parts sold to the Buyer.

Return of Goods:   No goods supplied may be returned to the Manufacture for credit without the Manufacture’s prior written authorization before transportation and in such cases transportation must be prepaid, and the Buyer’s name, address, original order number, in addition, the Manufacture’s invoice number must be clearly marked on the shipping tag.  If any goods are returned to the Manufacture for repair under Warranty and no instructions are received within one (1) month after Manufacture receives the goods for repair or sends notice to Buyer of disallowance of a claim, the Manufacture reserve the right to dispose of at the discretion of the Manufacture, and no subsequent

·         claim for any costs or losses will be accepted.

The Blowers are not designed or intended for use with every substance.  If the material which the Buyer contemplates transferring with the Blower(s) has corrosive, polymerizing, or other properties which may result in unsatisfactory or dangerous operations, the Manufacture has no liability or responsibility for performance of the Blower(s).
