Approximate Oil Capacities For The Big Jack A4 Series Blower

Vertical Position                                                  36 oz

Horizontal Position                                             76 oz

Add oil until the oil level comes up to 3/4 of the sight glass, with the blower NOT running.  When running, the oil leves should stabilize at the center of the sight glass.

DO NOT OVERFILL!!!  This will cause excessive heating of the gears, inadequate bearing lubrication, and oil seal failure.

Recommended oil for the Big Jack Blower is ISO 220 viscosity synthetic

All Blower Packages that leave our facility are filled with Mobil 630 SHC Synthetic Oil.  Individual bowers are shipped Without Oil.
